The Nominating Committee serves an important role in the orderly and responsible governance of the parish by helping identify and present qualified candidates for elected positions within the Church.
In accordance with the Diocesan Bylaws and parish regulations, the Committee seeks parishioners who demonstrate commitment to the Armenian Apostolic Church, Christian character, a spirit of service, and a willingness to assume responsibility for the life and mission of the parish.
The Committee prepares and presents nominations for the positions to be elected by the Annual Parish Assembly, ensuring that the nomination and election process is conducted fairly, responsibly, and in accordance with the established rules of the Church.
The work of the Nominating Committee is more than an administrative
responsibility. It is a ministry of discernment and stewardship, helping call
forward faithful members of the parish who are willing to offer their time, talents, and experience in service to Christ and His Holy Church.
Through prayerful discernment and responsible service, the Nominating
Committee helps strengthen the leadership, unity, and continuing mission of the parish.
“Choose from among you those who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom.”
