Choir

Etchmiadzin Choir (Deprats Tass) of Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Church of Laval is an integral part of the worship life of our parish. Through the sacred hymns and liturgical music of the Armenian Apostolic Church, the choir glorifies God and prayerfully leads the faithful in worship during the Divine Liturgy, feast days, and all major church services.
Under the direction of Dn. Vahe Pouchikian, the choir is composed of devoted parishioners who love God, cherish the Armenian Church, and joyfully offer their voices in service to the Lord.

Their faithful ministry enriches every worship service and creates a prayerful atmosphere that inspires the congregation to participate more fully in the sacred liturgy.
The choir sings at the Divine Liturgy every Sunday and participates in all major liturgical celebrations throughout the Church year. By faithfully preserving and performing the rich musical heritage of the Armenian Apostolic Church, its members help pass on centuries of sacred tradition to future generations.

“…and the singers, as with one voice… raised their voices in praise to the Lord,
